  1. Ok, so what's a "ting". Is it yet another hip Web 2.0 term I've not yet, and perhaps never will, be familiar with?

    Ting is the sound that goes off in your head when you create a great marketing idea (if you don't hear it, you didn't have one). It is not a hip term and you don't even have to remember it if you don't want. However, you are likely to hear it every time you have a brilliant idea.
